WHAT YOU WILL NEED PSP 9 Graphics Plus Andrews Filters 29 Kang Filters 3 Supplies 1. Open up your image and add a 2px white border ---> select and flood fill this border with the silver pattern 2. Add a 1px black border 3. Add a 2px white border ---> select and flood fill with the silver pattern 4. Pick a dark colour from your image and add a 10px border ---> select this border ---> Adjust ---> Add/Remove Noise ---> Add noise using the following settings then apply Graphic Plus Cross Shadow using these settings The first 5 settings on 50 then the next 74 and that last 255 
5. Add a 5px border ---> select and fill with the silver pattern ---> keep selected ---> invert and apply the following cut-out 
6. Using your dark colour add a 25px border ---> Keep selected and apply Andrews Filters 29 - Give Me Some Water at the default setting (PLEASE NOTE: If the colour you pick isn't dark enough you will get a greenish tint after applying the filter, to fix this all you need do is make a note of what the Hue & Saturation numbers are, then colorize it in PSP ) apply the following Inner Bevel - TWICE 
7. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the silver pattern 8. Using your dark colour again, add a 20px border ---> select and apply Graphic Plus Cross Shadow using the same settings as in step 4, still selected apply Kang Filter 3 - Liquid you Too, apply this TWICE - now apply FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss - select none 9.
