| WHAT YOU WILL NEED 
Toadies Super Blade Pro Supplies - HERE 1. Open up the sealife background, I included this ready made to save some time 2. Copy and paste the Turtle and Plant tubes as new layers, position them where you'd like them to be then apply the following drop shadow to each tube 
3. Layers ---> Merge ---> Merge Visible 4. Effect ---> Illumination Effects ---> Sunburst using the following setting 
5. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern 6. Keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following Cut-out 
7. Select none 8. Add a 2px border using #317476 9. Add a 1px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern 10. Add a 5px border using #317476 ---> select and apply the Button Frame Inner Bevel 11. Select none 12. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern 13. Select none 14. Add a 30px white border 15. Select and apply Toadies 3D Grid using the following settings 
16. Select none 17. Holding down the shift key and using the magic wand, select the middle borders on each side of the frame, once you have them all selected flood fill with #317476 ---> select none 18. Open up the sealife plaque and copy and past it as a new layer over the middle bottom part of the frame 19. Have you frame layer highlighted and select each of the green borders ---> layers ---> merge ---> merge visible then apply the Button Frame Inner Bevel ---> Adjust ---> Sharpness ---> Sharpen ---> select none 
20. Select the remaining white borders and apply Blade Pro's nk_couchcushion preset 21. Select none 22. If you want to add any corners, now is the time to do it then merge visible 23. Right click on the layer palette and duplicate twice 24. What you need to do now is on each layer apply some of the rainbow bubbles, I had mine scaled down to 35 otherwise they were to big, once your happy with the bubble placement save each layer as 1.psp ---> 2.psp and 3.psp 25. Open up Animation Shop, click on the Animation Wizard ---> Next ---> Transparent - Next ---> Upper left corner of the frame & with the canvas colour boxes checked - Next ---> Yes repeat the animation and type 45 for how long you want the animation to display for ---> find and add the 3 images you saved - Next ---> Finished 26. View you animation and then ---> Edit ---> Save As - give your file a name ---> Next ---> Next ---> Next ---> Finished and your all done ! Hope you enjoyed this one *s*
