WHAT YOU WILL NEED 
My file containing the frame selection, pattern, Blade Pro Preset
and VM Toolbox Tiler
1. Open up an image that's roughly around 320 x 400 and add a 2px border 2. Select the border with your wand and flood fill with the gold pattern, keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following cut-out 
3. Pick a colour from your image for you frame and add a 5px border using this colour 4. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern 5. Add a 20px border using your chosen colour ---> select with your wand then add a new layer 6. Open up the sde_framesel and copy and paste this into selection onto your new layer (you can close off my frame selection as you wont need it any more) 7. Select none 8. Working on the frame selection layer, set your wand to feather zero and tolerance 25, now select the white frame, if it doesn't all get selected first go then hold down the shift key to select the rest 9. Once you have the frame selected apply Blade Pro's Shiny Gold preset 10. Keep selected and apply the following Drop Shadow 
11. Select none and sharpen twice 12. Layers ---> Merge ---> Merge Visible 13. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern 14. Add a 5px border using your chosen colour 15. Add a 2px border ---> select and flood fill with the gold pattern 16. Add a 15px border using your colour ---> select and apply VM Toolbox - Tiler at the following settings 
17. Add a 15px border using your colour ---> selections ---> Select All ---> Selections ---> Modify ---> Contract 30 ---> Invert and apply the following Inner Bevel

18. Select none
