Video Rave - Harry's Filters is a free Photoshop-compatible plugin formerly known as VideoRave. - HERE

1. Open up your image and add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

2. Keep selected - apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 changing the top two settings to 5 - Invert and apply the following cut-out

3. Select none

4. Add a 1px black border

5. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold pattern - keep selected - Effects - Texture Effects - Mosaic Antique at the following settings - select none

6. Add a 1px black border

7. Add a 20px border - select and fill with the mc_ribbon gradient, angle set on 45 - select none

8. Add a 1px black border

9. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

10. Add a 1px black border

11. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

12. Add a 20px border - select and fill with the mc_ribbon gradient - apply Simple Filters - Diamonds then Richard Rosenman Squarify - at the default setting

13. While still selected apply the following Inner Bevel

14. Add a 1px black border

15. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

16. Add a 20px border - select and fill with the mc-ribbon gradient

17. Keep selected and apply - Simple - Diamonds then Video Rave - Tiled Glass twice at the default settings - Sharpen

18. Select none

And your all done !
