Supplies

1. Open up your image and add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold pattern - keep selected - Invert and apply the following cut-out

2. Add a 1px black border

3. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

4. Add a 15px black border - select - Texture Effects - Mosaic Glass at the following settings

5. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold pattern - keep selected and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2, change the top two settings to 5

6. Add a 10px black border

7. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

8. Add a 20px black border

9. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

10. Add a 30px black border - select - Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope at the following settings

11. Select All - selections - modify - contract 65 - Invert and apply Filters Unlimited - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 1 - select none

12. Add a 1px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

Select none and your all done !
