1. Open up your image and add a 3px border ---> select and fill with the silver pattern

2. Keep selected and apply the following drop shadow - apply again changing the Vertical & Horizontal settings to minus 1

3. Add a 1px black border

4. Add a 2px border ---> select and fill with the silver pattern

5. Add a 1px black border

6. Using a colour from your image add a 20px border - select - Effects - Reflection Effects - Rotating Mirror at the following settings

7. Keep selected and apply Simple Filters - Top Left Mirror - then Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame2 at the default settings - select none

8. Add a 1px black border

9. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the silver pattern

10. Add a 1px black border

11. Using your chosen colour from step 6 add a 20px border - select and apply Graphic Plus - Cross Shadow

12. Add a 1px black border

13. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the silver pattern

14. Add a 1px black border

15. Again using your chosen colour - add a 30px border - select and apply Graphic Plus - Cross Shadow - then apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Tile & Mirror - Radial Mirror at the following settings

16. Keep selected - Apply Xenofex 1 - choose Baked Earth in the drop down menu -Big Shiny Pieces

17. Still selected - Adjust - Sharpen - Unsharpen Mask at the following settings

18. Still selected apply Eye Candy 4000 Glass at the following settings

Select none

and your all done !!
