WHAT YOU WILL NEED 
NRV Bordermania Supplies The gradient used in this tutorial has the initials jb, I don't know who this is but I thank you for making and sharing such a beautiful gradient........ 1. Open up a new image 450 x 500 - transparent background 2. Change your foreground to the jb-g099 gradient and flood fill your image 3. Add a new Raster layer - change your foreground to Black 4. Using your Brush Tip select the TM_LoveLetter brush and apply it to your image 5. Using your Mover tool, position the brush layer to the top left of your image - click on the Deform tool - put your mouse on the bottom right little box and drag it right out and down so that the brush layer covers your background... Click on the Mover tool ( this will take the deform tool away ) and position your brush layer, this will centre it a bit more 6. Merge layers visible 7. Add a new layer 8. Change your foreground to the gold pattern - Selections - Load/Save Selections - Load selections from disk - find and apply the SDE_ border selection 9. Select your brush tool - load the default brush - set the size to 100 and brush a few times over your selection making sure you get a good coverage 10. While selected apply the following drop shadow 
11. Select none 12. Copy and paste the lady tube as a new layer - position her towards the left and apply the following drop shadow 
13. On your layer palette drag the tube layer down below the selections layer 14. Copy and paste the flower tube as a new image - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Degree right, make sure you have the All Layers box unchecked 15. Now you can position your flowers over to the left, I flipped my flowers but you may like to leave them as they are - also leave enough room to write your name below 16. Once your happy with your flower tube add the following drop shadow 
17. Merge layers visible 18. Set your foreground to the gold pattern and add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold 19. Add a 1px black border 20. Add a 10px border - select and fill with the gradient which has the Angle set on 45 and Repeats on 3 21. Keep selected and apply Bordermania Frame 2 - change the top two settings to 5 22. Open up my sweetdreams frame - select the middle of the frame with your wand - go back to the image we just created - Edit - Copy - then paste this "into selection" on the frame 23. Select none 24. Copy and paste the corners to your image then merge visible You can finish here if you like or you can add your name like I have, I also put a few little little twinkles to mine and animated it...
