WHAT YOU WILL NEED   PSP 9 Filters Unlimited 2 Supplies      1. Open up a new image 650 x 500 2. Flood fill with SusieSchweetPink Gradient - Angel & Repeats on zero 3. Add a new layer 4. Selections - Select all - Selections - modify - contract 30 - flood fill with the same gradient and settings as in step 2 5. Keep selected and apply the following drop shadow 6. Keep selected - copy and paste border tube "into selection" and sharpen once 7. Select none 8. Copy and paste the tube of the flowers onto your working image - lower the opacity to 58 9. Copy and paste the tube of the pink shoe as a new layer onto your working image - position to left side and so that the heel nearly sits on the border 10. Copy and paste the sml frame tube onto your working image - position top right side and add the following drop shadow - colour used is the same as in step 5 11. Copy and paste the tube of the girl as a new layer - slot her inside the frame and apply the same drop shadow as in step 10 - drag this layer below your frame layer on the layer palette 12. Copy and paste the tag tube onto your image - position bottom right side and apply the following drop shadow 13. Once your happy with the position of all your layer - merge all flatten 14. Add a 10px border - select and fill with the Susieschweetpink gradient - Angle 315  Repeats 2 15. Keep selected - apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 - change the top setting to 10 and the bottom setting to 255 16. Select none 17.
