WHAT YOU WILL NEED

PSP 9

NRV Bordermania

Screenworks

1. Open up your image (mine was approx 357x418) and add a 2px border

2. Select and fill with the frostedgold pattern - Angle 0 Scale 100 ---> keep selected ---> invert and apply the following cut-out

3. Pick a colour from your image and add a 2px border ( I used #5C0402 )

4. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the gold pattern ---> keep selected and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 using the following settings

5. Add a 10px border using your chosen colour - select and apply the following drop shadow

6. Keep selected and re-apply the drop shadow only this time change the Vertical & Horizontal settings to -1

7. Add a 5px border ---> select and fill with the gold pattern ---> keep selected and apply Screenworks - Chainlink then sharpen once

8. Keep selected and repeat the same drop shadows as in steps 5 & 6

9. Add a 10px border using your chosen colour - select and repeat the same drop shadows as in steps 5 & 6

10. Add a 5px border ---> select and fill with the gold pattern ---> keep selected and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 using the same settings as in step 4 ---> apply the same drop shadows as in steps 5 & 6

11. Add a 32px border using your chosen colour ---> selections ---> select all ---> selections ---> modify ---> contract 30 ---> Invert and add a new layer

12. Flood fill your new layer with the gold pattern

13. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load mask from disk ---> find and apply the Victorian rose mask - make sure the Invert Transparency box is unchecked and the Source Luminance box checked

14. Layers - Merge Group and sharpen ---> Layers - Merge Visible

15. Keep selected and apply NRV Bordermania Frame 2 changing the top two settings to 25

16. Select none

I've included the 2 corners I made so your welcome to use them to finish off the frame

your all done !
