Andrews Filters 46 - A hint of colour

1. Open up the tube of the lady and add a new layer - Layers - arrange - send to bottom

2. Making sure your working on the bottom layer, flood fill this layer with the

Midnight Blues_CC gradient

3. Move your highlight to the tube layer - Selections - Select all and apply the following drop shadow

4. Select none - merge layers visible

5. Add a 5px border - select and flood fill with the gold pattern

6. Keep selected - invert and apply the following cut-out

7. Add a 1px black border

8. Add a 2px border - select and flood fill with the gold pattern

9. Selections - select all - selections - modify - contract 9 - selections - invert 9

10. While selected apply Andrews filters 46 - A hint of colour using the default setting

11. Select none

12. Add a 25px border using #5989C0 - select and apply Toadies Weaver using the default settings, then apply Simple Filters - 4 Way Average - Select none

13. Add a 2px border - select and flood fill with the gold pattern

14. Add a 1px black border

15. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold pattern

16. Selections - select all - selections - modify - contract 5 - selections - invert and apply Andrews 46 - A hint of colour - select none

17. Open up the lace tube - copy and paste it as a new layer - selections - select all - selections - float - apply the following drop shadow

18. Still working on the lace layer - duplicate - mirror - duplicate - flip - duplicate - mirror - all 4 layers should now have the lace corner - layers merge visible

19. Selections - select all - selections - modify - contract 34 - selections - invert and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 - Select none

20. Repeat steps 13 - 16 - keep selected and apply Bordermania Frame 2 changing the top two settings to 5 - select none

21. Set your foreground to the Midnight Blue gradient - change the angle to 45 - add a border size 30px - select and flood fill with the gradient

22. Keep selected - Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope at the following settings

23. Keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 1

Select none and your all done !

I added a extra little bit to my frame just to fill that spot, you can add a little something or leave it just as it is, be as creative as you want...
