WHAT YOU WILL NEED

PSP 9

( put the balls & bubbles loveblooms preset into your psp9 preset folder and the wheel.bmp into your Bump Map folder )

1. Open up a new image 400 x 450 and flood fill white

2. Add a new layer

3. Effects ---> Artistic Effects ---> Balls & Bubbles ---> apply the sde_lovesbloom preset

4. Move the highlight on your layer palette down to your white background layer ---> Image ---> Canvas size ---> resize to 450 x 500 and fill with white

5. Move the highlight back up to the second layer then open up the tube of the lady ---> copy and paste onto your working image as a new layer, position the lady over towards the right

6. X off your background layer and merge layers visible

7. Apply the following drop shadow to your merged image

8. Position your merged image to the top but still centred

9. Still working on your merged layer, apply Flaming Pears Flood using the following settings

Tip- using the eraser tool, lightly go in and out and remove just the tiniest bit of the water from the bottom left side, this will stop you getting a cut-off look at the side of your finished image

10. Open up the lovesbloom_tube2 ---> copy and paste as a new layer onto your working image, position this near the bottom left side (see finished image for guidelines)

11. Still working on the same layer ---> duplicate ---> Image ---> Mirror - you will probably need to reposition this a bit

12. Add a new layer and enter your text - I used a font called Floral Latin (I'm trying to be good and letting those of you who email me about the names of the fonts I use what they are, not promising how long it will last though lol ) and applied a drop shadow, you could also have your text going around the top of the shield which looks really nice

Once your happy with the position of all your layers - merge all flatten

and your all done !
