WHAT YOU WILL NEED

PSP 9

1. Open up a new image 470 x 458 ---> fill this layer with #51809E

2. Copy and paste the scene image as a new layer onto your working image, lower the opacity to 60 and set the Blend Mode to Soft Light

3. Next, copy and paste the tube of the lady as a new layer onto your working image, move the tube over to the far right side and lower the opacity of this layer to 70

4. Duplicate your tube layer ---> Image ---> Mirror ---> move this layer over to the left side and down towards the bottom ---> lower the opacity to 20 then drag this layer below your original tube layer

5. Move your highlight on the layer palette back up to the top layer and add a new layer

6. Selections ---> Load/Save selection ---> load selection from disk ---> apply the sde_lovesbloom_1 selection

7. Flood fill the selection with the Silver1 pattern ---> keep selected and apply the following drop shadow then sharpen once

8. Select none and re-apply the drop shadow to this layer

9. Copy and paste the Diamond bars as a new layer, position the bars at the top right of your working image

10. Apply the same drop shadow as in step 7 but change the opacity to 40

11. Duplicate the diamond bars layer ---> Image ---> Flip ---> Image ---> Mirror

12. Make sure your happy with the position of all your layers then merge visible

13. Add a 2px border ---> select and fill with the silver pattern ---> keep selected ---> Invert and apply the following cut-out

14. Add a 20px border using #4A86AC

15. Copy and paste the Diamond borders as a new layer onto your working image - Selections ---> select all ---> selections ---> float ---> apply the following drop shadow

16. Select none and sharpen ---> merge your layers visible

17. Add a 3px border ---> select and fill with the silver pattern ---> keep selected ---> invert and apply the same cut-out as in step 13 ---> select none

18. Add the corner I supplied to each corner of your image and merge visible

To finish off I just added my name, (Royal Classic Bold) if you also wish to add some text just add a new layer first then merge all flatten and your all done !
