Supplies

1. Open up your image and add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold bmp pattern - keep selected - invert and apply the following cut-out

2. Add a 1px black border

3. Add a 3px border - select and fill with the gold bmp pattern

4. Add a 2px black border

5. Add a 5px border - select and fill with the patterngold

6. Add a 20px white border - select and fill with black - keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Tile & Mirror - Kaleidoscope 3 using these settings

7. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the gold bmp

8. Add a 15px black border

9. Add a 2px border - select and fill with the patterngold

10. Add a 2px black border

11. Add a 1px border - select and fill with the gold bmp

12. Add a 30px black border - select and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Distortion Filters - Smelter 1 at the default setting

13. Keep selected and apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - 3D Glass Frame 1

14. Add a 1px border - select and fill with the gold bmp pattern

Select none and your all done !
