WHAT YOU WILL NEED PSP 9 (I'm sure other versions will be fine as well) Filters Unlimited 2 Graphics Plus or Greg's Factory Output 2 Pool Shadow will do the same thing Funhouse - Tile Mirror Supplies - Except for the gold pattern, extract the other two images to your Textures folder 1. Open up your image and add a 5px white border 2. Using your wand, select your white border and flood fill with the gold pattern 3. Keep selected and apply NRV Bordermania changing the top two settings to 5 - Invert and apply the following cut-out 
4. Select none 5. Add a 1px black border 6. Add a 2px white border - select and fill with the gold pattern 7. Set your foreground colour to #8EAB97 and add a 15px border - select and apply Graphic Plus - Cross Shadow 8. Repeat step 6 9. Using your foreground colour add a 20px border - select and apply Funhouse - Tile Mirror at the following settings 
10. While still selected apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2 - select none 11. Add a 5px white border and repeat steps 2 and 3 leaving out the Cut-out 12. Add a 30px black border - select - change your foreground colour back to #8EAB97 - while you have your Material box open, check the Texture box and choose the Coarse Canvas Texture or any Texture of your choosing (don't take any notice of my screen shot, I'd used the Pink Marble texture in the original frame I made but then changed my mind ) 
13. Now flood fill your selected border 14. Keep selected and apply the following Inner Bevel 
Select none, I added some corners from the SDE Design Collection And your all done ! Hope you enjoyed this one *s* This was done using a different Texture and Silver instead of the Gold fill..... Actually this was the image from the original tutorial but after I made the webset and wrote up the tutorial, I had a look at my site and realised just how much stuff I've done in Blue so I redid it all lol..
