Supplies 

(the sa4 preset goes into Flaming Pears Twist, the other preset goes into Eye Candy Glass



1. Open up your image and add a 3px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

2. Keep selected > Selections > Invert and apply the following cut-out

3. Select none

4. Add a 1px black border

5. Add a 3px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 one more time

7. Add a 30px border and fill with the Forrest Gradient > Angle set on 45 > Repeats on 0

8. Keep selected and apply > Flaming Pear Twist Christmas Love preset > apply Eye Candy Glass using the Christmas Love preset > select none

9. Add a 3px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

10. Add a 1px black border

11. Repeat steps 9 & 10 twice more

12. Selections > Select All > Selections > Modify > Contract 8 > Invert > Effects > Distortion > Wave and apply the following settings

13. Select none

14. Add a 1px black border

14. Add a 30px border > select and fill with the Forrest Gradient same settings as before

15. Keep selected > Effects > Reflection Effects > Feedback - all settings on 100 - Elliptical box unchecked

16. Still selected > Image Flip > Image Mirror > Simple Filters > Top left mirror > Apply the following Inner Bevel

17. Add a 2px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

Add some corners and your all done !
