Supplies

1. Open up your image > select all > modify > contract 20 > selections - invert

2. Effects > Distortion > Pixelate - both settings on 10

3. Still selected - Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur - 15 then apply the following Cut-out

4. Select none

5. Add a 3px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

6. Add a 15px border - select and fill with the CatoeCountry53 gradient > Angle & Repeat both set on zero

7. Add a 1px black border

8. Add a 2px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

9. Add a 1px black border

10. Add a 5px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

11. Add a 25px border > select and fill with the CatoeCountry60 gradient Angle & Repeat both set on zero > add a new layer > fill this layer with the gold pattern

12. Keep selected > Layers > Load/Save Mask > Load Mask from disk > find and apply the Rings2 mask making sure the Invert Transparency box is checked

13. Still selected > Layers > Delete > apply the following Drop Shadow > colour is #404040

14. While still selected Sharpen once > select none > Layers > Merge > Merge All

15. Add a 3px border > select and fill with the gold pattern

16. Select none

Add some corners and your all done !
