WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Bordermania

1. Open up the background image provided, this will be the start of our working image

2. Copy and paste the flower tube as a new layer - lower the opacity to 46 and apply the following drop shadow - colour for the drop shadow is #9b9ab4 - position just a little off center towards the right

3. Copy and paste the tube of the lady as a new layer -resize 85% - position on the left side

4. Copy and paste the tube of the butterfly as a new layer -position top right hand side - lower the opacity to 86

5. Copy and paste words as a new layer - position bottom right - apply the following Drop Shadow - colour is #58678e

6. Layers - merge visible

7. Add a 10px border -select and fill with the brushedsatin_cc gradient - Angle 315 Repeats 2

8. Keep selected and apply Bordermania Frame 2 - change the top two settings to 5 - select none

9. Add a 50px border using #75779f

10. Select the border - Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds and apply the following settings

11. Copy and paste the flower corner tube as a new layer - position flush top left side - lower opacity to 56

12. Duplicate your flower corner - Mirror - Flip

13. Layers - merge visible

14. Selections - Select all - Selections - modify - contract 50 - Invert - apply Filters Unlimited 2 - Buttons & Frames - Glass Frame 2

15. Add the element provided

Merge all flatten

and your all done !
